A valid credit card is required to reserve your genetic counseling appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time your appointment is booked. We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club) via a secure online system.
Payment for your genetic counseling session is required at the time you speak with your counselor.
If desired, Nurture Genetics will provide a receipt documenting proof of service and payment.
If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may submit this receipt to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of the session fee.
Please also note, Nurture Genetics requires cancellations and appointment reschedules to be made more than 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to the full session fee unless other arrangements are made by calling:
